Commonly used in Indian cooking, this spice mix brings more flavor to every curry and side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs dry red chilies
- 1 cup cumin seeds
- 1 cup fennel seeds
- ½ cup black pepper
- 1 cup poppy seeds
Instructions
- Dry roast all ingredients one by one and set aside.
- Grind into a fine powder using a blender.
- Cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container.
