Cilantro Spinach Paratha

spinach
(finely chopped)

cilantro
(finely chopped)

green chili

ajwain

red chili powder

oil
salt to taste
oil for cooking parathas
Instructions
Combine atta, spinach, cilantro, green chili, ajwain, red chili powder, oil and salt to make a dough.
Make the dough into balls and roll out parathas.
Cook on tawa until both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot.
