Calling all cauliflower lovers... this dish is for you! Stuffed with spiced cauliflower and made with whole wheat dough this dish will surely fill you up.

Ingredients
For the Dough:
3cupswhole wheat flour
2tbspoil
1½cupswater(adjust as needed)
salt to taste
For the Stuffing:
2cupscauliflower(grated)
1tbspoil
¼tspturmeric powder
¼tspgaram masala powder
1tspcoriander seeds
½tspred chili powder
¼tspcumin powder
1tspginger(grated)
¼tspajwain
salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients under "For the Dough" and knead into a soft dough.
Pour oil into a heavy bottom pan. Once hot, add all ingredients under "For the stuffing" and saute for 4-5 minutes.
Remove from heat when the cauliflower is soft and cooked.
Make small balls using the dough. Place 1 tbsp of stuffing into the ball and fold the dough.
