Ingredients
12Petite Yukon Gold potatoes(cut into matchsticks)
½tspcumin seeds
½tspfennel seeds
¼tspblack pepper(optional)
¼tspturmeric powder
2tspcoriander powder
1tspmasala powder(you can also use chili powder)
½tspKashmiri red chili powder
3tbspoil
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan. Once hot, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and black pepper.
Once it sizzles, add the potatoes to the pan.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, masala powder, Kashmiri red chili powder and salt.
Saute for 4-5 minutes.
Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook until potatoes are well done and crispy.
