Spicy Guacamole
Chip and dip is irresistible, especially when your dip is spicy, tangy, juicy and smooth all at once!

Ingredients

ripe avocados
½
medium onion
(chopped)

medium tomato
(chopped)
1
jalapeno pepper
(cut into circles)
2
garlic cloves
(minced)

lime

tsp
cumin powder

tsp
black pepper
(ground)

tsp
dry red chili flakes
(adjust to taste)
½
tsp
salt
(adjust to taste)
cilantro
(for garnish)
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Score and put into a mixing bowl.
Add onions, tomatoes, cumin powder, ground pepper, chili flakes, jalapeno peppers, garlic, lime juice and salt.
Mash the avocados and combine until a smooth consistency forms.
Check for salt and spice and adjust as needed.
Granish with cilantro and serve with chips or on toast.
