4cupsbaby spinach(chopped)
1onion(thinly sliced)
2cupsbesan (gram/chickpea) flour
¼cuprice flour
¼tspturmeric powder
1tspchili powder(adjust to taste)
2tspcoriander powder
½tspajwain
½tspfennel seeds
1tbspginger(grated)
1tbspgarlic(finely chopped)
15curry leaves
2tbspwater(optional)
salt to taste
oil for frying
Instructions
Add besan and rice flour to a mixing bowl.
Next, add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, ajwain, and fennel seeds. Mix well.
