Spicy Guacamole
Chip and dip is irresistible, especially when your dip is spicy, tangy, juicy and smooth all at once!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ medium onion (chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (chopped)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (cut into circles)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lime
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp black pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp dry red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Score and put into a mixing bowl.
- Add onions, tomatoes, cumin powder, ground pepper, chili flakes, jalapeno peppers, garlic, lime juice and salt.
- Mash the avocados and combine until a smooth consistency forms.
- Check for salt and spice and adjust as needed.
- Granish with cilantro and serve with chips or on toast.
