So simple, yet tasty, this smoothie will be your go-to drink when you need to cool down on a hot summer day!
Ingredients
- 3 pears (quartered) (the riper the pear, the sweeter it will be)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- mint leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Wash pear, cut and remove seeds. Cut into quarters and add to a blender.
- Add milk and ice. Blend until smooth.
- Check for sugar. If needed, add honey.
- Serve cold.
