So simple, yet tasty, this smoothie will be your go-to drink when you need to cool down on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

  • 3 pears (quartered) (the riper the pear, the sweeter it will be)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • mint leaves (for garnishing)

Instructions

  • Wash pear, cut and remove seeds. Cut into quarters and add to a blender.
  • Add milk and ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Check for sugar. If needed, add honey.
  • Serve cold.
