Known to improve digestion, ajwain tastes great in many dishes, especially parathas. These multigrain parathas will give you the nutrition you need to kick start your mornings.

Ingredients
3cupsmultigrain flour
1tspajwain
1tbspoil
salt to taste
water as required
Instructions
Combine the flour, ajwain, oil, salt and water. Knead into a smooth dough.
Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
Make small balls from the dough. Roll each ball into a circle or triangle. Check the notes for tips on how to make triangle parathas.
Place the paratha on a hot pan/tawa. Cook on both sides and spread oil onto parathas once cooked.
Serve hot with curry, dhal or raitha.
Notes
To make traingle parathas: roll dough ball into a circle and spread oil onto the dough. Fold the circle in half and then in half again. Roll the quarter circle out to make a triangle.
