Beans Poriyal is one of the quickest side dishes you can make when you're in a rush. Just chop and saute some beans, add some spices and salt and you're on your way to a tasty meal.

Ingredients
4cupsbeans(chopped)
1medium sized onion(chopped)
6curry leaves
1tspchili flakes
2tbspoil
1tspmustard seeds
1tspurad dhal
salt to taste
Instructions
Add oil to a pan. Once hot, add mustard seeds and urad dhal.
Once mustard seeds start to crackle, add chopped onions and curry leaves.
Saute for 2 minutes. The raw smell should fade.
Add chili flakes and salt. Mix well.
Cover pan with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the beans.
