Mixed Vegetable Pirattal

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and black pepper.
Once cumin seeds brown, add onions and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes. The raw smell should fade.
Add carrots and peas and saute for 3-4 minutes. Then add tomatoes.
Once the tomatoes are soft, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and masala powder. Saute for 1 minute.
Add potatoes and salt. Mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. The vegetables should be half cooked.
Then, add cauliflower florets and mix well. Cook until all vegetables are well done.
Serve hot as a side dish.
