Purple Cabbage Poriyal
This crunchy Purple Cabbage Poriyal will surely make your meal tastier, healthier and colorful. Serve with rice and any curry of your choice.

purple cabbage
(shredded)

moong dhal

mustard seeds

urad dhal

green chilies

curry leaves
salt to taste
Instructions
Wash moong dhal and soak for 30 minutes.
Add oil to a pan. Once hot, add urad dhal and mustard seeds.
Once mustard seeds crackle, add curry leaves.
Then, add shredded cabbage. Saute for 1 minute.
Add soaked moong dhal, green chillies and salt to taste.
Cook for 2-3 minutes. Make sure to keep the cabbage crunchy.
Serve hot with rice and curry.
