Scrambled Egg
Scrambled Eggs and toast are a weekend must have. Your Sunday mornings are sure to be brighter with this egg recipe.

Ingredients

urad dhal

mustard seeds

tsp
dry red chili flakes

tbsp
oil
4
green chilies
(chopped)
½
bell pepper
(chopped)
½
onion
(chopped)

pepper powder
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add mustard seeds, urad dhal and red chili flakes.
Once mustard seeds crackle, add green chilies and saute for 2 minutes.
Then, add bell pepper and onions. Saute until the onions become soft.
Break the eggs in the pan. Mix and cook until fully done.
Add pepper powder and salt. Adjust salt and spice as needed.
Serve hot with bread or on its own.
