Ingredients
5idlis (cubed)
2tbspoil
2tspcumin seeds
2tspfreshly ground black pepper(adjust to taste)
½tspmustard seeds
½tspurad dhal
6curry leaves
2dry red chilies
salt to taste
Instructions
Add oil to a frying pan. Once hot, add mustard seeds, urad dhal and dry red chilies.
Once mustard seeds start to crackle, add curry leaves and idli cubes.
Gently mix and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add freshly ground pepper, cumin seeds and salt to taste.
