Scrambled Eggs and toast are a weekend must have. Your Sunday mornings are sure to be brighter with this egg recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp urad dhal
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp dry red chili flakes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 green chilies (chopped)
- ½ bell pepper (chopped)
- ½ onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add mustard seeds, urad dhal and red chili flakes.
- Once mustard seeds crackle, add green chilies and saute for 2 minutes.
- Then, add bell pepper and onions. Saute until the onions become soft.
- Break the eggs in the pan. Mix and cook until fully done.
- Add pepper powder and salt. Adjust salt and spice as needed.
- Serve hot with bread or on its own.
