Cilantro Spinach Paratha
With no extra hassle, this Cilantro Spinach Paratha will fill you up and keep you wanting more.
Ingredients
- 3 cups atta (wheat flour)
- 2 cups spinach (finely chopped)
- 1 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 green chili
- ¼ tsp ajwain
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- oil for cooking parathas
Instructions
- Combine atta, spinach, cilantro, green chili, ajwain, red chili powder, oil and salt to make a dough.
- Make the dough into balls and roll out parathas.
- Cook on tawa until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve hot.
